PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Serve breakfast and lunch meals to students, faculty, administrators and visitors in the cafeteria or assigned area. Clean and sanitize area after serving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Food Handler’s Certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production
Ability to understand instructions for food preparation and safety procedures
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide by 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume and distance.
Experience:
Experience in the field of food service
Working Days: As needed/ 8 hours per day |
