PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To provide tutoring instruction to students not showing adequate progress in core subject areas and to provide enrichment activities for those students not in need of tutoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:  

High School Diploma or GED

or

48+ college hours

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Basic clerical skills

Knowledgeable fo the subject being tutored

Good interpersonal skills

Experience:

Previous experience tutoring students, preferred

Working Days: Approximately 173 days -tutoring during school day

Working Hours:  19 hours per week

Hourly Rate:   

$  8.00/hour (High School Diploma or GED)

$10.00/hour (48+ college hours)
