McAllen Independent School District, Title I, Part A Program for the 2021-2022 school year will have the MISD Parent/Student/Community Evening Study Center located at Navarro, 2100 Hackberry Street.
Classes for parents will include ESL Instruction, Literacy, Parenting Skills and Employment Skills.
Students in Grades PK-8 will receive extended day instruction in reading, math, homework assistance and enhancement of self-concept.
Childcare for children ages 2½ - 3½ years old and transportation is available for participating families.
ESL Program Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. during the school year.
Staff working hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 - 8:15 p.m.
