MIDDLE SCHOOLS-2

ELEM SCHOOLS-3

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  Degreed and/or Degreed and certified Middle and High School teacher needed for the following duties: 

• to analyze individual student data
• to determine supplemental academic and non-academic services to eligible migrant students experiencing academic difficulties
• maintain current, accurate and complete documentation of all services provided
• train and schedule all tutors who will assist students
• determine credit and/or course needs to assure on-time graduation

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's Degree ($19/hour)

or

Bachelor's Degree & Valid Texas Teacher Certificate ($23/hour)

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Fully bilingual; ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately; ability and sensitivity in working with high need, economically disadvantaged students; knowledge of general office equipment, high level of technology skills; must have reliable transportation at all times

Workdays: 187

                  Non-retirees/(19 hours/week)

                  Retirees/as per TRS rules per month

                  Must have a flexible schedule during school days and hours
